Whatever you do, please take the time to treat yourself to a sweet every day.

-pre heat the oven to 350

-take a cup of walnuts and place into a mixing bowl

-add two tea spoons of honey and mix until the walnuts are fully coated.

-This step is a completely optional but if you want a creamy twist  add 1 table spoon of organic peanut butter and you'll have honey peanut butter roasted walnuts

-mix 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp kosher sea salt, and literally just a pinch of cayenne pepper

-toss the walnuts with the sugar mix and lay the walnuts on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet

-at this point you bake for 15-20 mixing the walnuts at least once during that time.
